Ampoule Inspection Machine - Detection accuracy is adjustable.
- Ampoules / Vials are smoothly conveyed with low noise
- Ampoules / Vials to be inspected are rotated & trig by corresponding base axis. It leads to little impact & makes the detection of Ampoules / Vials easier.
- Products, Camera & the light source are made relatively stand still while entering detection area for continuous inspecting, which is ensured by taking pictures with high resolution cameras, thereby enhancing the detection accuracy of the machine.
- It can adjust the location of the pressure shaft by changing the infeed star wheel, outfeed star wheel, outfeed worm and pressure shaft top cap. It's also possible to have a swift change-over from one size to another.
- It is a fully automatic machine, wherein high resolution industrial cameras are being used. The pictures taken by each camera enlarges
- the detection area by 50 times. The result? When exposed to high light, the impurities are detected easily, which makes the detection accuracy of this machine outstanding as compared to the manual operations.
